Returns, Repairs, and Spare Parts At High Pressure Jetters, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you find the need to return an item or request a refund, please review the following guidelines:
We reserve the right to decline offering a free repair, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:
- You have simply changed your mind.
- The product or service has been misused in a manner contributing to the issue.
- You have requested a service to be performed against our advice or were unclear about your expectations.
- The issue with a service was entirely beyond our control. (Please note that specially ordered goods may be subject to a restocking fee.)
If any of the goods you’ve purchased do not meet one or more of the following consumer guarantees, you have the option to seek a remedy directly from the manufacturer or importer:
- Acceptable quality.
- Matching the provided description.
- Fulfillment of any additional promises related to performance, condition, and quality.
Defective Products
We proudly stand behind our products at High Pressure Jetters and offer a “Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee” for all Mustang Nozzles’ items. In the event of a product failure due to faulty workmanship, we will gladly replace it upon inspection. Please inform us of any defective product within 7 days of your purchase. If you are not located near our physical store, we will require a picture of the defective product before making a decision regarding replacement or repair.
Returns
When it comes to returns, you are responsible for returning the product, and there is no requirement to use the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase. If your payment was made via credit card and the total value of the goods exceeds $500, a 2% fee will be deducted from the product’s purchase price, and the refund will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your designated bank account.
Repairs and Spare Parts
At High Pressure Jetters, we understand the importance of access to spare parts and repair facilities. The manufacturer is committed to ensuring that these resources are available for a reasonable duration after your purchase, unless otherwise indicated. The specific duration considered ‘reasonable’ may vary depending on the type of product in question.
